Chardonnay wine is the white wine that enjoys the most terrible and intense demand in international trade.

Chardonnay is considered to be the king of white wines, and the reason for the popularity of this wine is its complex taste and distinctive aroma, often smelling of apples, citrus fruits, peaches or exotic fruits.

Chardonnay is usually a dry wine and is recommended to be eaten with chicken, fish or seafood. Among the cheeses that go with Chardonnay I mention some of the creamy, immature assortments such as Brie, Cedar cheese or some other kind of cow’s or goat’s cheese, creamy and with a fine aroma.
